The birthday video is finished! Thank you, contributors!

Rest assured, the video WILL be finished and posted today - I’ve just been busy with work! Stay tuned!

Extending the deadline until 12 AM Monday CST (that's Sunday night). Please submit anything you can! Even a short video, a photo, or a simple message is a great way to thank Ross for being such a boss!

Don't forget! Submissions for the birthday are due by Saturday night! I only have one submission so far - please, PLEASE, send something, even if it's just a short video or a picture!

Sup, Federman fans? Guess what happens on the 30th of January?

So, for those who didn’t know, it seems like the birthday video for Rob was a pretty good success, if I do say so myself. Zubin seemed to like his as well, and I’m pretty certain Joe did, too, as did Andrew. Now… it’s time for YET ANOTHER birthday video project, and the lucky man who is the center of attention this time is… Ross Federman!!!

Since things worked out pretty well before, we’re going to do the same thing: every fan who wants to participate can record a short video (30 seconds or less, please; if you’re recording yourself singing or playing music, though, I understand if it’s longer, but please, PLEASE try to keep it short!) wishing Ross a happy birthday and I’ll put all the videos together and post the final product on YouTube.

— Please e-mail your videos to me at this address: fai_chan33(at)yahoo(dot)com. (Hopefully you know how to change that to a real e-mail address; if you can’t, I don’t know how you’re able to navigate Tumblr.) If you can, please upload the video file to a site like MediaFire so I can download it instead of trying to deal with e-mail attachments.

—- ABOUT FILE FORMATS —-

If you’re sending a video, please try to send a .mov file or an .mp4 file! I understand if you can’t, but please try to make it a widely-used file format, preferably one that isn’t .avi! (I work on a Mac, just so you know.)

— If you don’t want to make a video (or can’t), then you can send a photo of yourself with a sign with a message on it instead to be put into the video. Heck, if you don’t want a photo of yourself, just write a short message and I can put that into the video, too.

— Please tell me your name so I can credit you for your submission! It doesn’t have to be your real name, it can just be your username or your nickname. (Don’t you want Ross to know who to appreciate for all the nice birthday wishes?) If you send in a photo, you can put your name on the photo yourself if you like (using MS Paint, Photoshop, anything, etc., but please make it BIG and READABLE), otherwise I will be putting sort of “subtitles” with your name on it on top of your submission, video or photo. (To see an example of what I mean, go watch the video for Rob.)

— His birthday is on January 30th, which is not tomorrow, but next Monday. If you want to participate, please let me know! I want to have everything done by midnight CST on January 28th, so that’s when submissions are due! The new submission deadline is Monday 12 AM CST (which is technically Sunday night)! Please make an effort to contribute to this project so we can show Ross how much he’s loved!

— Whether you want to participate or not, please pass this message along to other fans who might! Reblog it, link to it on Facebook, tweet about it, do whatever! This is all to show our extreme gratitude and appreciation for Mr. Federman.
